<p>DoxaSoma&reg; is a physical practice which incorporates&nbsp;elements of stretching and strength building&nbsp;with prayer, worship and reflection&nbsp;upon the Word of God.</p>
<p>A Lenten DoxaSoma series will be held on Tuesday evenings: February 28, March 6, 13, 20, 27, and April 3 in Elim&#8217;s Kids&#8217; Park.</p>
<p>Doors open at 6:15. We will start at 6:30; end by 8:30.</p>
<p>Invite your friends.</p>
<p>Only equipment needed are a sticky mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.</p>

Heather and Douglas Dart, parents of four, as well as Peter and Hallie Kapsner, parents of five, will also be sharing stories from their own family experiences. It will be a rich time of learning together, stretching in our thinking, listening to God speak to us individually, and sharing with each other.
