DoxaSoma® is a physical practice which incorporates elements of stretching and strength building with prayer, worship and reflection upon the Word of God.

A Lenten DoxaSoma series will be held on Tuesday evenings: February 28, March 6, 13, 20, 27, and April 3 in Elim’s Kids’ Park.

Doors open at 6:15. We will start at 6:30; end by 8:30.

Only equipment needed are a sticky mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

What: Jaime Gjerdingen, Children’s Ministry Director and Viv Houk, former Kids’ Ministry Pastor at Church of the Open Door will be teaming up to present some faith formation ideas and strategies for children that have application for the whole family in the home setting. Heather and Douglas Dart, parents of four, as well as Peter and Hallie Kapsner, parents of five, will also be sharing stories from their own family experiences. It will be a rich time of learning together, stretching in our thinking, listening to God speak to us individually, and sharing with each other. Feel free to invite others to join us.
